OSA Instructor Kristen W. has her personal training certificate from Mount Royal Collage. Ever since she learned to lift weights back in High School, Kristen has loved to worked out. She has 11 years experience in teaching dance and fitness classes and 8 years experience in kickboxing, Kristen has the know how to make your fitness experience a fun one!
